Description

A creamy, fruity, and refreshing homemade strawberry milk tea with boba, featuring chewy tapioca pearls and sweet strawberry syrup. Perfect for hot days or as a delightful treat for bubble tea lovers. Can be made vegan, low-sugar, or customized with various toppings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup black tea or green tea (brewed and cooled)
  • ½ cup milk (whole, almond, or oat)
  • 23 tbsp strawberry syrup or puree
  • ¼ cup cooked tapioca pearls (boba)
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional toppings: whipped cream, popping boba, sliced strawberries

Instructions

  1. Brew tea and allow it to cool.
  2. Cook tapioca pearls according to package instructions and soak in brown sugar syrup.
  3. In a shaker, combine cooled tea, milk, and strawberry syrup. Shake well.
  4. Fill a glass with boba pearls and ice cubes.
  5. Pour the strawberry milk tea mixture over the boba.
  6. Add optional toppings and serve immediately.
