- ½ cup milk (whole, almond, or oat)
- 2–3 tbsp strawberry syrup or puree
- ¼ cup cooked tapioca pearls (boba)
- Ice cubes

Instructions
- Brew tea and allow it to cool.
- Cook tapioca pearls according to package instructions and soak in brown sugar syrup.
- In a shaker, combine cooled tea, milk, and strawberry syrup. Shake well.
- Fill a glass with boba pearls and ice cubes.
- Pour the strawberry milk tea mixture over the boba.
