Made with tender artichoke hearts, rich feta cheese, and a smooth cream cheese base, it’s an easy appetizer that’s ideal for parties, holidays, or casual gatherings. Serve warm with bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables for a crowd-pleasing favorite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella (optional for extra melt)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Drain artichokes well and chop into small pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and olive oil until smooth.
  4. Stir in feta cheese, chopped artichokes, garlic, pepper, and oregano.
  5. Mix until evenly combined.
  6. Transfer mixture to a small baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella on top if using.
  8. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Drain artichokes thoroughly to prevent watery dip.
  • Use block feta in brine for better flavor and texture.
  • Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
  • Can be prepared ahead and baked before serving.
  • Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for extra browning.
