- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin

- Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Pat pork chops dry and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sear chops 3–4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté onions and bell pepper until softened. Add garlic, tomatoes, and spices. Stir well.
- Pour in broth, simmer for 5 minutes, then return pork chops to the pan.
- Cover and simmer 15–20 minutes until chops are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with rice, potatoes, or bread.
