Crust:
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 5 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
Cheesecake Filling:
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 2–3 Snickers bars, chopped
Topping:
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- Caramel drizzle, for garnish
- Optional extra Snickers pieces
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a pan and chill for 10–15 minutes.
- Make the filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and fold in whipped cream. Stir in chopped Snickers bars.
- Assemble cheesecake: Spread filling over crust. Top with strawberries and caramel drizzle. Optional: sprinkle extra Snickers chunks.
- Chill: Refrigerate for 4–6 hours or overnight until set.
- Serve: Slice carefully with a warm knife and garnish as desired.
