Description

A decadent and creamy Snickers Strawberry Cheesecake combining the smooth richness of cheesecake with the chewy Snickers bars, fresh strawberries, and a luscious caramel drizzle. Perfect for parties, special occasions, or indulgent treats at home.

Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 5 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 23 Snickers bars, chopped

Topping:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Caramel drizzle, for garnish
  • Optional extra Snickers pieces

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a pan and chill for 10–15 minutes.
  2. Make the filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and fold in whipped cream. Stir in chopped Snickers bars.
  3. Assemble cheesecake: Spread filling over crust. Top with strawberries and caramel drizzle. Optional: sprinkle extra Snickers chunks.
  4. Chill: Refrigerate for 4–6 hours or overnight until set.
  5. Serve: Slice carefully with a warm knife and garnish as desired.
