- 2 boxes frozen potato and cheese pierogies
- 1 lb smoked kielbasa, sliced
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Spray the inside of your slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray or use a liner.
- Layer half of the pierogies, sliced kielbasa, and onions in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix together cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Pour half of the sauce over the first layer, then repeat with the remaining pierogies and kielbasa.
- Top with shredded cheese and dot with butter.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours until hot and bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
