Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the pomegranate juice, lime juice, and vodka or gin (if using).
- Shake gently for about 10–15 seconds until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a champagne flute or tall cocktail glass.
- Slowly top with chilled prosecco or sparkling wine.
- Stir gently to combine without losing the bubbles.
- Garnish with fresh pomegranate seeds, an orange slice, and rosemary or mint.
