- 4 fresh peaches (halved & peeled) or 1 can (16 oz) peach halves, drained
- 1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 pieces)
- ½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
- 1 cup sugar (granulated)
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup lemon-lime soda (e.g., Sprite or 7UP)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Wrap each peach half in a piece of crescent roll dough, sealing edges. Place seam-side down in the dish.
- In a saucepan, melt butter. Stir in sugars, cinnamon, and vanilla. Cook until smooth.
- Pour syrup evenly over dumplings. Slowly pour soda around edges of the dish (not directly on dumplings).
- Bake 35–40 minutes, until golden brown and syrup is bubbling.
- Cool for 5–10 minutes before serving.

- Use fresh or canned peaches.
- Crescent roll dough makes it quick & easy.
- Sprite/7UP creates a caramel-like sauce.
- Best served warm with ice cream.
- Store leftovers in fridge up to 3 days.
