Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix blueberries with sugar and lemon juice in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt; stir in milk until just combined.
- Pour melted butter into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Pour batter over butter without stirring.
- Spoon blueberry mixture evenly on top of the batter.
- Optional: sprinkle cinnamon or nutmeg, brush with extra butter.
- Bake 45–50 minutes until top is golden and filling bubbles.
