- 1 cup heat-treated flour (or almond/oat flour)
- ½ cup butter or coconut oil (softened)
- ½ cup brown sugar or coconut sugar
- 1–2 tbsp milk (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup mini chocolate chips
- Optional: 2 tbsp peanut butter, protein powder, or sprinkles
Instructions
- Heat-treat the flour by baking it at 350°F for 5 minutes or microwaving for 1 minute. Let it cool.
- In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add milk and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
- Stir in cooled flour until a dough forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips (and any add-ins).
- Roll into 1-inch balls and chill for 15–20 minutes before serving.
