Description

These no bake edible cookie dough bites are soft, chewy, and completely safe to eat! Made without eggs and using heat-treated flour, they’re the perfect quick treat for cookie lovers. Customize them as vegan, gluten-free, or protein-packed versions for a healthier no-bake dessert you’ll crave again and again.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup heat-treated flour (or almond/oat flour)
  • ½ cup butter or coconut oil (softened)
  • ½ cup brown sugar or coconut sugar
  • 12 tbsp milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup mini chocolate chips
  • Optional: 2 tbsp peanut butter, protein powder, or sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Heat-treat the flour by baking it at 350°F for 5 minutes or microwaving for 1 minute. Let it cool.
  2. In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add milk and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
  4. Stir in cooled flour until a dough forms.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips (and any add-ins).
  6. Roll into 1-inch balls and chill for 15–20 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For vegan bites, use plant-based butter and milk.
  • For a gluten-free option, substitute oat or almond flour.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 7 days or freeze up to 3 months.
