Instructions
- Wash the cucumber, lemon, and mint thoroughly.
- Slice cucumber and lemon thinly; remove seeds if possible.
- Place cucumber slices, lemon rounds, and mint leaves into a pitcher.
- Pour in 8 cups of cold filtered water.
- Stir gently and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Serve chilled over ice, garnished with extra mint or lemon.
