- 1 cup buttermilk (for marinating)
- 1 cup flour + ½ tsp paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper (for breading)
- 4 medium flour tortillas (warm)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- ½ cup ranch dressing (or sauce of choice)
- 2 tbsp oil (for pan-frying or brushing before grilling)
Instructions
- Marinate chicken strips in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
- Coat chicken in seasoned flour. Cook in skillet or air fryer until golden and internal temp reaches 165°F/74°C.
- Warm tortillas on a dry skillet or microwave.
- Layer lettuce, cheese, chicken, and sauce in the center.
- Fold tightly, tuck in ends, and roll like McDonald’s style.
- Serve immediately or wrap in parchment paper for later.
