- 1 cup barista-style oat milk
- 1–2 shots of espresso or ½ cup strong brewed coffee
- 1–2 tsp honey (or maple syrup for vegan)
- ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
- Optional: pinch of cinnamon or sea salt for garnish
Instructions
- Brew espresso or strong coffee and set aside.
- Heat oat milk gently in a saucepan or microwave until warm, not boiling.
- Stir honey and vanilla extract into warm oat milk until fully combined.
- Froth oat milk using a milk frother, French press, or jar method.
- Pour coffee into a mug, then add frothed oat milk on top.
- Garnish with cinnamon or a drizzle of honey, if desired.
- For iced version: pour coffee over ice, stir in honey and vanilla, then top with cold oat milk.
