Description

A smooth, creamy, and naturally sweet honey vanilla oat milk latte, perfect for hot mornings or refreshing iced coffee. Dairy-free, customizable, and easy to make at home in minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup barista-style oat milk
  • 12 shots of espresso or ½ cup strong brewed coffee
  • 12 tsp honey (or maple syrup for vegan)
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Optional: pinch of cinnamon or sea salt for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brew espresso or strong coffee and set aside.
  2. Heat oat milk gently in a saucepan or microwave until warm, not boiling.
  3. Stir honey and vanilla extract into warm oat milk until fully combined.
  4. Froth oat milk using a milk frother, French press, or jar method.
  5. Pour coffee into a mug, then add frothed oat milk on top.
  6. Garnish with cinnamon or a drizzle of honey, if desired.
  7. For iced version: pour coffee over ice, stir in honey and vanilla, then top with cold oat milk.

Notes

  • Use barista-style oat milk for the best froth.
  • Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • Can be made vegan by substituting honey with maple syrup.
