- 1 tsp dried floral petals (sakura, chrysanthemum, or jasmine)
- 1 slice fresh ginger (optional)
- 1 tsp honey or agave syrup
- 250 ml filtered water (80°C / 176°F)
- Optional: mint leaves or lemon zest for flavor variations
Instructions
- Heat water to 80°C / 176°F.
- Add tea leaves and floral petals to a teapot or infuser.
- Pour hot water over the leaves and steep 3–5 minutes.
- Strain into a cup, removing leaves and petals.
- Sweeten with honey or agave; add optional ginger or mint.
Notes
- Avoid boiling water to prevent bitterness.
