Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or pizza dough)
- 3 tbsp butter (melted)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp parsley (chopped, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in shredded cheese while the beef is warm, then let it cool slightly.
- Flatten biscuit dough into discs. Place 1 spoonful of beef mixture and an extra cube of cheese in the center.
- Fold and seal the dough around the filling, pinching tightly. Place seam-side down on baking tray.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over the tops. Sprinkle with parmesan.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with parsley (optional) and serve warm with dipping sauces.
Notes
- Don’t overfill the dough to prevent leaks.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for 2 months.
- Reheat in the oven for best results, not the microwave.
