Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk buttermilk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry mixtures; stir gently until just mixed.
- Fold in Fruity Pebbles gently.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and grease lightly.
- Pour ¼ cup batter per pancake; cook until bubbles appear, then flip.
- Cook 1–2 minutes more until golden.
- Serve warm with whipped cream, syrup, and extra Fruity Pebbles on top.
Notes
- Don’t overmix the batter — small lumps keep pancakes fluffy.
