- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning

- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- Fresh parsley or basil, for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken until golden brown. Set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter, then sauté onions until soft. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in tomato puree, Italian seasoning, and chili flakes. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add chicken broth and reduce slightly.
- Pour in heavy cream, then whisk in Parmesan until smooth.

- Return chicken to the skillet, coat in sauce, and simmer for 10 minutes.
