- Optional add-ins: sliced strawberries, blueberries, mint, or lemon zest
Instructions
- In a pitcher, combine lemon juice and sweetener. Stir until fully dissolved.
- Add water (or sparkling water) and mix well. Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Pour mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
- Add sticks and optional fruit or herbs.
- Freeze for 4–6 hours, or overnight until fully firm.
- To remove, run molds under warm water for a few seconds.
