Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 45 lemons)
  • 1/2 cup sugar or preferred sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or stevia)
  • 2 cups cold water (or sparkling water for a fizzy twist)
  • Optional: 1/2 cup yogurt or coconut milk for creamy popsicles
  • Optional add-ins: sliced strawberries, blueberries, mint, or lemon zest

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher, combine lemon juice and sweetener. Stir until fully dissolved.
  2. Add water (or sparkling water) and mix well. Adjust sweetness to taste.
  3. Pour mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
  4. Add sticks and optional fruit or herbs.
  5. Freeze for 4–6 hours, or overnight until fully firm.
  6. To remove, run molds under warm water for a few seconds.
