Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken wings (flats and drumettes)
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning mix (paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil
- Optional: pinch of brown sugar
Instructions
- Pat wings dry and toss with oil, salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning.
- For oven: Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 40–45 mins, flipping halfway.
For air fryer: Cook at 380°F (193°C) for 25–28 mins, shaking halfway.
For frying: Fry at 350°F (175°C) until golden brown. - Melt the butter, mix it with the hot sauce, and toss the cooked wings until they are evenly coated.
- Serve immediately with celery sticks and dipping sauce of choice.
Notes
- Adjust cayenne for desired spice level.
- Wings can be pre-seasoned and stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
- Reheat in an air fryer or oven for best crispiness.
