Recreate the iconic Starbucks Cranberry Bliss Bars at home! Soft, chewy blondie base topped with tart cranberries, creamy white chocolate frosting, and an elegant white chocolate drizzle. Perfect for holidays, gifting, or everyday indulgence.

Blondie Base:
- 2 cups all-purpose or whole wheat flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp orange extract
Toppings:
- 1 cup dried cranberries (Craisins)
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- Optional: ½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Frosting:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Mix melted butter, brown and granulated sugars, eggs, and extracts until smooth. Gradually fold in flour.
- Fold in dried cranberries and white chocolate chips. Optional: fold in nuts.
- Pour batter into pan and bake 25–30 minutes until edges are golden and center is mostly set. Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth; add powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread frosting over cooled bars.
- Melt remaining white chocolate chips and drizzle over frosting. Slice into triangles or squares.
Notes
- Chill bars for 10–15 minutes before slicing for cleaner cuts.
- Freeze bars for up to 3 months, thaw before serving.
- Optional flavor variations: orange zest, almond extract, or festive sprinkles.
