  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour

  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries (chopped)
  • Butter and cocoa powder (for greasing ramekins)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease 4 ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder.
  2. Melt chocolate and butter together using a double boiler or microwave. Stir until smooth.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until slightly thick.
  4. Gradually mix melted chocolate into egg mixture.
  5. Fold in flour, vanilla extract, and salt until combined.
  6. Spoon batter halfway into ramekins. Add chopped strawberries in the center.
  7. Cover with remaining batter.
