Description

A refreshing and fruity iced tea that blends bold black tea with sweet-tart blackberries and a hint of lemon. Perfect for recreating Chili’s favorite drink at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups brewed black tea (strong and cooled)
  • ½ cup blackberry syrup or ½ cup fresh blackberries (blended)
  • 12 tablespoons lemon juice (to taste)
  • 12 teaspoons honey or sugar (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew strong black tea and let it cool to room temperature.
  2. Blend fresh blackberries or mix syrup; add honey or sugar if desired.
  3. Combine cooled tea with the blackberry mixture in a pitcher.
  4. Add 1–2 tablespoons lemon juice and stir well.
  5. Serve over ice; garnish with mint leaves or whole blackberries.
  6. Optional: Add sparkling water for a fizzy version.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness to taste.
