Description

A creamy, Cajun-inspired chicken dish made with bold spices and a rich cream sauce. The Chicken Lazone Recipe is quick, comforting, and perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tbsp butter (divided)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken dry and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
  2. Melt 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and keep warm.
  3. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and cream. Simmer 3–4 minutes, whisking to combine browned bits into sauce.
  4. Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, and cook another 2 minutes.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve hot with pasta, rice, or vegetables.

Notes

  • Adjust cayenne for spice preference.
  • Add Parmesan for a cheesier version.
  • Best served fresh, but leftovers reheat well with a splash of milk.
