- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tbsp butter (divided)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Pat chicken dry and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
- Melt 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and keep warm.
- In the same skillet, add remaining butter and cream. Simmer 3–4 minutes, whisking to combine browned bits into sauce.
- Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, and cook another 2 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot with pasta, rice, or vegetables.
Notes
- Adjust cayenne for spice preference.
- Add Parmesan for a cheesier version.
- Best served fresh, but leftovers reheat well with a splash of milk.
