Description

A refreshing and creamy chicken grape pasta salad featuring tender chicken, juicy grapes, crunchy pecans, and perfectly cooked pasta. Ideal for potlucks, family dinners, or meal prep.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups rotini or bowtie pasta (cooked al dente)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast (shredded or cubed)
  • 2 cups seedless grapes (halved, red or green)
  • ½ cup celery (chopped)
  • ½ cup toasted pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for lighter option)
  • 2 tbsp sour cream or yogurt
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • ½ tsp salt and ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken, grapes, and celery.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour dressing over the pasta mixture and gently fold until evenly coated.
  5. Add toasted pecans for crunch, if desired.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
