- 3 cups rotini or bowtie pasta (cooked al dente)
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast (shredded or cubed)
- 2 cups seedless grapes (halved, red or green)
- ½ cup celery (chopped)
- ½ cup toasted pecans or walnuts (optional)
- ¾ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for lighter option)
- 2 tbsp sour cream or yogurt
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- ½ tsp salt and ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken, grapes, and celery.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour dressing over the pasta mixture and gently fold until evenly coated.
- Add toasted pecans for crunch, if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
