- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
- 2 tbsp butter

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach (optional)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until the sauce becomes creamy.
- Add cooked chicken, gnocchi, and spinach to the skillet and mix well to coat with sauce.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let the dish rest for 5 minutes before serving.
