Description

This cheesy chicken fritters recipe is crispy on the outside, tender inside, and bursting with gooey melted cheese. Perfect for family dinners, snacks, or party appetizers.

  • 2 medium eggs

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped

  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil or butter (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Finely chop or grind chicken, then pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, cheese, onion, garlic, herbs, salt, and spices.
  3. Add eggs, flour, and breadcrumbs. Mix until the batter holds together.
  4. Shape into small patties or fritters using a spoon or your hands.
  5. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry fritters for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  6. Alternatively, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
