Description

Easy no-bake dessert with gooey caramel, rich chocolate, and a crunchy cereal base. Perfect for parties, gifts, or a quick homemade treat.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups rice cereal
  • 1 cup caramel bits or wrapped caramels
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream or condensed milk
  • 1 ½ cups chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt caramel bits with cream on low heat until smooth, mix with cereal.
  3. Press mixture into the pan and refrigerate 10 minutes.
