- 3 cups rice cereal
- 1 cup caramel bits or wrapped caramels
- 2 tbsp heavy cream or condensed milk
- 1 ½ cups chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Melt caramel bits with cream on low heat until smooth, mix with cereal.
- Press mixture into the pan and refrigerate 10 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate with butter and spread it over the caramel layer.
- Chill for 1 hour or until set. Slice into squares and enjoy!

- Add nuts or sprinkles for variation.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
