Ingredients
Scale

- 3–4 slices brie cheese
- ¼ cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- Fresh thyme leaves (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the bread: Spread butter evenly on the outer sides of each bread slice.
- Add the cheese: Place slices of brie on the inside of one slice of bread.
- Add blueberries: Sprinkle fresh blueberries evenly over the cheese.
- Optional sweetness: Drizzle honey lightly over the blueberries for extra flavor.
- Assemble the sandwich: Place the second slice of bread on top with the buttered side facing outward.
- Grill the sandwich: Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich in the pan.
- Cook until golden: Grill for 3–4 minutes per side until the bread is golden and the brie is melted.
- Serve: Slice diagonally and enjoy warm.
Notes
- Use ripe fresh blueberries for the best flavor.
- Cook on medium heat so the bread doesn’t burn before the cheese melts.
- Add crushed walnuts or arugula for extra texture and flavor.
- If using frozen blueberries, thaw and drain them first.
