Description

A refreshing Brazilian-inspired drink combining tropical fruits, ginger, and apple cider vinegar to support weight loss, boost digestion, and energize your day.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium green apple, chopped
  • ½ cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with “mother”)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 cup cold water or coconut water
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel, and chop apple and pineapple into small chunks.
  2. Grate fresh ginger and set aside.
  3. In a blender, combine apple, pineapple, ginger, lime juice, and water (or coconut water). Blend until smooth.
  4. Stir in apple cider vinegar (add after blending to retain probiotics).
  5. Pour into a tall glass, add ice cubes, and garnish with mint leaves.
  6. Serve fresh and enjoy!
