- 1 medium green apple, chopped
- ½ cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with “mother”)
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 cup cold water or coconut water
- Ice cubes (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
- Wash, peel, and chop apple and pineapple into small chunks.
- Grate fresh ginger and set aside.
- In a blender, combine apple, pineapple, ginger, lime juice, and water (or coconut water). Blend until smooth.
- Stir in apple cider vinegar (add after blending to retain probiotics).
- Pour into a tall glass, add ice cubes, and garnish with mint leaves.
- Serve fresh and enjoy!

- Best consumed immediately for maximum nutrients.
- Use raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar with the “mother.”
- For a pulp-free texture, strain before serving, though keeping the fiber is more beneficial.
