Description

Ingredients

Rosemary Simple Syrup:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 23 fresh rosemary sprigs

Instructions

  1. Make the rosemary simple syrup: Combine water, sugar, and rosemary in a saucepan. Simmer 5 minutes, steep 15–20 minutes, strain.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  3. Add bourbon, lemon juice, and rosemary syrup. Shake 10–15 seconds.
  4. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and an optional lemon twist.

Notes
