Rosemary Simple Syrup:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 2–3 fresh rosemary sprigs
Instructions
- Make the rosemary simple syrup: Combine water, sugar, and rosemary in a saucepan. Simmer 5 minutes, steep 15–20 minutes, strain.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add bourbon, lemon juice, and rosemary syrup. Shake 10–15 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a rosemary sprig and an optional lemon twist.

- Can substitute honey syrup for a sweeter variation.
