Instructions
- Soak chia, flax, pumpkin, and sunflower seeds in almond milk for at least 2 hours or overnight.

- For a smoothie: blend soaked seeds with optional fruits, vanilla, cinnamon, and sweetener.
- For pudding: refrigerate the soaked seeds mixture for 2–4 hours until it thickens.
