- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Rinse rice under cold water and spread evenly in the baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, softened cream cheese, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
